Miami co-working space Pipeline is going to open a 21,000 square-foot space this fall in Philadelphia, part of their U.S. expansion plan. Pipeline Philly will be located at The Graham Building, a 25-story office tower located across the street from Philly’s venerated City Hall, the country’s fifth-largest market.

“Pipeline was built with the theory that a diverse community with overlapping goals fosters the highest likelihood of success for people within a community,” says Co-Founder Todd Oretsky.

Oretsky will be heading the project up alongside co-founder Phillippe Houdard and Philadelphia developer David Grasso – President and CEO of Grasso Holdings. The two-floor, shared workspace is set to open this fall and will offer flexible workspaces, dedicated desks and private offices, as well as conference rooms, communal cafes and a large event space.
