Portapure Launching New Product At Tech Cocktail NYC

Portapure, the company that creates portable water filtration systems, is debuting their new eco-friendly Travel Filter at Tech Cocktail NYC tonight.

Designed to achieve bottled water taste without the expense and waste of purchasing bottled water, the pocket-sized TravelFilter is the perfect alternative to bottle and pitcher filters. It removes organic contaminants, heavy metals, chlorine, and odors. TravelFilter will officially be available on April 18.

Because Portapure was launched to provide water treatment solutions to victims of international disasters, the company has set up monthly donation campaigns through their Purifying Water for Humanity organization.  This month’s campaign is focused on raising funds to ship Pocketpure water filtration systems and TravelFilters to victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.  Donations are being accepted via Paypal on Portapure’s website.

If you’re headed to Tech Cocktail NYC tonight, be sure to meet founder George Page, learn more about Portapure’s products, and receive a free TravelFilter sample.
