This morning, the Baltimore, MD-based digital marketing agency r2integrated announced its acquisition of the New York, NY-based marketing firm Make Me Social. The news comes a little over a month since the r2integrated announced its acquisition of CatapultWorks, another digital marketing agency based in Silicon Valley. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“Make Me Social has not only a strong New York presence, a market we have been seeking to expand, but also a team of highly-specialized marketers that fit well with r2i’s services,” said r2integrated CEO Matt Goddard in a statement.

Last month, r2i announced its acquisition of CatapultWorks as a way to tap into the Silicon Valley market. With this most recent acquisition, r2integrated grows into a digital marketing agency with $40 million in revenue, more than 200 employees, and offices in Silicon Valley, NYC, Seattle, and Baltimore. The acquisition of both CatapultWorks and Make Me Social is an attempt by the company to position itself against other top-tier agencies.

Make Me Social is an agency aimed at providing social and content strategies to help their clients grow their brand recognition. With a strong focus on analytics and strategy, the company will enable r2i to scale high demand services across a much wider client base.
