Rachna Choudhry knew the ins and outs of Washington from her work as a lobbyist. But when it was time to jump into DC tech, she had no talking points to work from.

Choudhry is the cofounder of POPVOX, a startup that helps citizens get their letters and petitions in the hands of politicians. In the video below, she explains the pros and cons of starting up in DC and how she survived as a newbie in the startup scene.
