Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is here again, and for two weeks, up-and-coming designers,  fashion enthusiasts and press will preview the  best in fashion innovation at New York’s Lincoln Center. American Express, a long time Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week sponsor, will be there too, showcasing yet another major digital solution helping to bring tech to the fashion industry.Created by American Express as a means for delivering premium music experiences to fans and consumers, “American Express Unstaged” is a cutting-edge live event and interactive digital platform that pairs “artistic visionaries for an innovative fan experience.” This Thursday, during Rebecca Minkoff’s Spring 2014 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week runway show, Rebecca Minkoff and Janelle Monáe will be the first fashion-meets-music collaboration, hosting her live streamed fashion event set to the music of Janelle Monáe. The “American Express Unstaged” during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2014 Digital Rundown:

Before the Show: Minkoff and Monae will share behind-the-scenes preparations on Instagram, and during the show, viewers at home can get an insider perspective with a backstage camera and live photo feed.

During the Show: Fans at home can see and share a behind the scenes look at the action with a live feed of photos and videos capturing the candid action in real time. There will also be an exclusive backstage camera angle give fans at home an insider look and sneak preview of each item before the models walk down the runway.
