Detect and Feel Their Environment

The autonomous cars can navigate and sense their environment without the control of any human driver due to the presence of lidar.

The lidar makes self-driving cars detect edges and marking lines, making them run safely on the road without hitting edges. The lidar works like radar but makes use of light sensitivity to map space points, reflect the points in 3D, making the system to spot stationary elements. With this feature, traffic management becomes impressive, reducing the number of clashes and accidents on the road.
