Throughout the history of Tech Cocktail events, hundreds of startups are counted among those who can say they met their cofounder, their investors, their developers, or they got their first press mention by pitching at their local showcase mixer event. That’s why we visit so many cities every year to help startups get recognition and resources. And now, we’ve added more ways for startups to compete and get noticed.
Today, we are thrilled to officially announce the Celebrate Startup of the Year Competition and Tour! Tech Cocktail (a Tech.Co production) has visited Memphis, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and dozens of other cities to host regional startup competitions and mixers, and now, we are also offering online startup competitions to allow online readers to pick their favorite startups. All of this is an effort to find the world’s most innovative startups and bring them to Tech.Co’s Startup of the Year Competition at Celebrate 2015.
After winning Best Pitch, Reader’s Choice, or Online Poll competitions, each startup qualifies as a semifinalist on the Celebrate Tour and is invited to pitch at the Startup of the Year Competition.
