Sloane Davidson has spent over 10 years in various fields like social media strategy, community development, and fundraising. Her volunteer work showed her that she could bring large-scale positive change to the world community.
Her experiences also lead her to She’s the First, a nonprofit that focuses on girls’ education and mentorship in developing worlds, where she currently sits as a board member. Davidson has been able to help teens and young women recognize how they can positively impact their own communities.
Outside of She’s the First, it comes as no shock that Davidson keeps working to help others. The Causemopolitan, her social impact site, utilizes her online presence to show everybody that giving back is not just relegated to the world of nonprofits and rich philanthropists.
Our interview with Davidson illustrates how you can bridge the gap between your online and offline voices, like she has done, to start giving back and make a potent impact. By attaining a sense of authority and authenticity, your own online presence can help you help others. Here is the video.
