Today in Charleston, SC, DIG SOUTH officially kicks off. And, with it, several organizations from the southern states will be going head-to-head in a series of pitch competitions. From local organizations to reverse pitches, DIG SOUTH will throw a spotlight on lesser known startups.

First up will be the Cohort 5 pitch competition, which will be live-streamed from noon-1:30 PM EST. This features five Charleston, SC startups: Wavve, The Scholarship System, eScout, StockAid, RAAD, Auto-Ad, Active Engine, and Pareto.

Then, later in the day, which you’ll have to be on-site to view, Wild Pitch will kick-off and feature southern startups from cities in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. They will be judged based on the clarity of their idea, market fit, market size, revenue models, and more.
