Do Your Tweets Actually Generate Sales? Find Out with Spn.ee

Last month marked the launch of Spn.ee, the first social media tool that can measure your social media ROI. If you’ve ever wondered if that product review you tweeted about or that article you shared actually generated any sales, Spn.ee can help you find out.

Founded by Michael Mayernick and Adam Bonnifield, Spn.ee tracks how many sales and signups your tweets generate. The process is really simple: first, Spn.ee gives you a line of code to insert onto your website (or will even provide you with step-by-step instructions if you’re a coding rookie). Next, sign in to Spn.ee to create customized links to share via e-mail or your social networks – just like you would with any other URL shortener.

Spn.ee does all the work for you, displaying advanced analytics that include user location details down to the city level. You can even separate out those pesky automated bots from real users. The web app allows you to see all of this data next to your other Google Analytics event tracking, so all of your desired conversion data is available, side-by-side, in one convenient location.

With Spn.ee, you can finally show your boss that social media outreach is actually producing an ROI with hard numbers. The application’s signups and sales tracking can be integral to figuring out what strategies work for future campaigns.

The site is offering a free 14-day trial, and if you decide you like Spn.ee, you can sign up for a month-to-month plan. There are small, medium, large, and agency-sized plans available, ranging from $19 to $149 a month. No long term contracts are necessary and you can cancel at anytime.
