TapMetrics Acquired By Millennial Media

It seems like just yesterday that some of the LaunchBox Digital 2009 class demoed at TECH cocktail DC 6. One of the showcased startups at the event was TapMetrics, an all-in-one business & analytics solution for iPhone app publishers. TapMetrics focuses on creating tools for application architects to better understand their users, continually improve their applications, and help their businesses grow.

Today TapMetrics was acquired by Millennial Media, a Baltimore-based mobile advertising network, for an undisclosed amount.  Through this new partnership:

Millennial Media and TapMetrics will offer developers increased capabilities to optimize revenue across diverse mobile platforms, including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows and Palm.

Congrats to TapMetrics and to your continued success and LaunchBox Digital on a successful exit.
