The Silicon Prairie Social: A TECH cocktail-like Event for the ‘burbs

Silicon Prairie SocialTim Courtney of XNet Information Systems recently announced that the first Silicon Prairie Social will be held on September 20th. Tim first talked to Frank and I about this idea a couple months ago and described it as a TECH cocktail type event but held in the suburbs where a lot of the major Illinois tech companies are. Of course Frank and I loved the idea and lent our support immediately.

Below you will find the details for the Silicon Prairie Social and we would encourage all of you to check it out whether or not you live in the ‘burbs. Nice work Tim! Can’t wait for the event.

When and Where?

Thursday, September 20
6:30pm-10:00pm (bar open until 1:00am).

At I-88 and Naperville Rd., Silicon Prairie Social is centrally located and easy to get to from all along the Illinois Technology and Research Corridor on I-88, the Golden Corridor on I-90, downtown Chicago and the western suburbs.
