When it comes to the recruiting process, resumes and cover letters may get the job done – but how can you be sure you’re attracting top talent in your industry? A new website gives employers access to the best and brightest bunch of job candidates.

Top Colleague is working to create exclusive networks of top professionals in a variety of fields, such as tech and creative. The site allows both employers and professionals to create a profile and connect with each other. The catch is that each profile is screened before being accepted to the site to ensure retention of only top-quality candidates and employers.

Once accepted, each professional is granted a limited number of invites to offer the best people they’ve ever worked with a chance to join the Top Colleague network. From there, the cycle continues, and the effect is a web of highly qualified individuals for employers to comb through – and potentially recruit.

Top Colleague includes professionals from various organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. Employers can browse profiles and filter them by years of experience, location, and whether or not the candidate is willing to relocate, travel, or telecommute. Job seekers can also opt to share their profiles with companies they’d like to work for. After finding a candidate through the site, employers simply use their internal recruiting tools to manage the interviewing and hiring process.

The site is beneficial for both employers and employees – employers get access to top talent, and employees can reach out to companies they’d love to work for. Truly a win-win.

Top Colleague’s services are free, but employers are charged a fee of $5,000 for any candidate hired through Top Colleague’s network. Interested employers or professionals can submit an application on their website.
