How do you surf the web anonymously, without disclosing information of your activities and location? TOR (also known as The Onion Router) is a free software that enables anonymity and resisting censorships.

Although somewhat a controversial software, TOR has been praised for providing privacy to political activist in countries where surveillance and arrest by authoritarian governments. Just because you want your data protected and privacy kept, it doesn’t mean that you have something to hide. There is a way for your information kept private while browsing online, you don’t have to be an IT expert. Using the TOR browser, you can remain anonymous online and protect your right to privacy.
