Do you see yourself as an innovator or a world changer? Maybe you’re more like Jeff Bezos, known for being a “jack of all trades.” Or are you just getting started and consider yourself a “wantrepreneur”?
Understanding what kind of entrepreneur you are is important because you’re the most important employee of your company. You set the example. As a leader, your ability to rate yourself objectively as the business manager will reflect on how you rate your employees. Identifying what kind of entrepreneur you are helps you understand behaviors when directing, motivating, guiding, and managing your startup. It also helps you identify your flaws (that’s right, you’re not perfect).
Sir Richard Branson is known for having a knack for when products should be launched, while Mark Zuckerberg is known for getting focusing on customers and getting ideas out in the market quickly. Every entrepreneur is different. Some entrepreneurs come up with disruptive ideas while others research option before going out to market. There is no single trait that is required for everyone who wants to be a successful entrepreneur.
So, what type of entrepreneur are you?
