Uber Expands Services to Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach

Uber announced that it is rolling out its ride-sharing service, UberX, for users in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Users in both cities can now hail a ride using their smartphones. UberX is now available in six cities in Florida, including Miami, where they launched earlier this summer after a lengthy battle with Miami-Dade County.
