A career page is crucial for any company looking to attract top talent. Yet many businesses don’t have the time to create and maintain a webpage specifically for job openings – and that’s why Zao is offering to do most of the work for you.

Zao, a social recruiting site, just launched a first in the career marketplace. The site is now letting companies create their own career site complete with a rewards component. Zao provides companies with free hosting, and each company receives its own custom URL at, which can be linked to from the company’s main site.

Zao is already known in the career marketplace for offering a unique social recruiting program, in which hiring managers can post a job opening, set a monetary reward, and then forward the opening to their entire network. If the post results in a successful hire, the referrer receives a cash reward.

Now, companies can build a career site that includes this built-in rewards program, which is designed to reduce company recruiting costs by leveraging a network of existing employees, partners, and company alumni. Zao offers businesses full control to customize their career page by including their own text, logos, images, and videos to effectively brand their pages.  The site allows recruiters to manage applicants with its built-in applicant tracking system to rate and sort through candidates. In addition, recruiters can see exactly how they’re connected to candidates to ensure the referral is coming from a trusted source.

As social networking becomes an increasingly important element in the recruiting and hiring process, Zao is helping companies get ahead of the game by rolling a career site and rewards component all in one. For more information, check out Zao’s website.
