ZipRecruiter’s sole purpose is to bring Fortune 500 level hiring and employee management solutions to small and medium sized businesses (SMB). To that end they just released their first ever television branding campaign which introduces a new tagline: “Find The Right One”.

The campaign consists of dual spots: One-Click highlights ZipRecruiter’s value to SMB owners with an overview of key features while Right Resume cinematically visualizes ZipRecruiter’s commitment to making hiring simpler for SMB. According to the team, this campaign marks a coming of age for ZipRecruiter, which has built their business through data driven digital marketing.

Together, the spots present both the emotional and technical sides of hiring, and show how ZipRecruiter’s focus on simplicity and ease-of-use helps customers navigate both to find the right candidate.

“Our new TV ads are the next step in our aggressive integrated marketing strategy, which is one of the keys to our tremendous growth,” says Allan Jones, Chief Marketing Officer for ZipRecruiter. “This is an opportunity to connect with a larger audience of business owners on an emotional level. We are confident that the ambitious campaign executed by Los Angeles-based Tiny Rebellion, will achieve that beautifully.”

Tiny Rebellion, ZipRecruiter’s Santa Monica-based creative agency of record, developed the overarching ZipRecruiter ads, which feature a mix of 60, 30, and 15 second spots running nationally on cable and online. Both of the TV spots were cowritten by Nick Liebeskind and David Blacker, directed by Misko Iho.

To date ZipRecruiter has more than 650,000 employers who have come to their site for help with hiring, and 30,000 new businesses that sign up each month. That paired with their new TV campaign will, as the team says, establish ZipRecruiter as the fastest growing hiring solution on the market.

Last month they expanded their product offerings into the HR space with the launch of their digital onboarding service, ZipHire. And as they move forward, according to the team, there’s plenty more in the pipeline to sustain ZipRecruiter’s positive growth.
