George Elfond is the CEO of Rallyware. He has been instrumental in helping companies like Samsung, Vivint, Mary Kay, Shop dot com, and others in driving their business goals by training the workforces through the use of HR technologies. He was one of the first performance-based training practitioners designing smart HR technologies and connecting learning to business outcomes with the help of AI and ML. George received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. He also received his BS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and BA in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
