Beginning her career with private equity firm Patron Capital, for four years Rachel led product development of youth accommodation portfolio, Generator Hostels. Since Generator, Rachel joined the founding team of travel tech startup Tripr App (Director of Marketing and Partnerships), her first foray into the startup scene. This experience provided first hand exposure to the importance and challenges of a team when launching and growing a business. Inspired by this, Rachel now leads product development for Village Capital's talent product, improving access to talent for startups and small growing business in emerging markets.
