The 7 Minute Workout app is great for when you are short on time but still want to get in a workout. With 12 different exercises lasting 30 seconds each, you sweat session will be over before you know it. Each workout offers a video and text description and with its convenient voice prompts, you don't have the inconvenience of checking to see what is coming up next because the voice prompt will tell you. When paired with the Wahoo Balance, Wahoo Wellness app conveniently tracks your weight and BMI right on your phone. It allows you to track and see your progress via Bluetooth. You can also share your data with other apps such as MyFitnessPal.
The Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker app helps you track everything from your calorie intake to your exercise, to how much water you are drinking. It has a large database where you can search nutritional information for just about everything and also allows you to input and save nutritional information from meals that you have created. You can also link up with your friends who are also using this app to help motivate each other and share your goals and achievements. If you find yourself having a hard time getting to sleep, or you toss and turn all night and then wake up feeling exhausted, the Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock app can help you get to the bottom of your sleeping troubles by tracking and monitoring your sleep patterns. It provides statistics and graphs to help you understand your sleeping habits as it tracks your sounds and movements during the night. If you are having a hard time settling down, the app can also provide insight on how much time you are taking to fall asleep along with your duration of light sleep & deep sleep. Drink Right app helps to remind us when and how much water we need to be drinking. This app will not only tell you when you are due for a cold glass of water, but it keeps track of your daily intake to make sure you are getting exactly the amount you need.
