Chicago-based Industrious, a designer co-working space, announced plans to expand their space and services to Atlanta in Midtown's “Silhouette” building, 1447 Peachtree St. The 11,000 square foot space will cater to entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking creative workspace to grow their business.

The decision to expand into Atlanta was a “no-brainer” for Industrious, Stewart said, shrugging off concerns of over-development.

“There are a lot of young (and established) companies that need a space like flexible workspaces,” said co-founder Justin Stewart in a recent interview.

Industrious is entering Atlanta at a time when the city is going through a “startup urbanism” with the $20 million, 100,000 square foot Atlanta Tech Village, as well as  several tech-focused office developments in Midtown, Brookhaven and Alpharetta.

Industrious will offer  1 to 9 person private offices & reserved seats in a co-working area with common space to collaborate. Prices will start at $725.
