This afternoon, the Washington, D.C.-based Contactually – whose social customer relationship management tool helps individual team members at companies to form, develop, and maintain their professional connections – launched a new feature for their platform that allows organizations to measure team performance. Called “Activity Insights”, the new tool will allow managers to see how well individual team members are performing.
The launch of Activity Insights is a follow-up to the company's launch last month of its overall Insights feature, which gives organizations the ability to look at the overall performance and health of their key business relationships. Activity Insights is an addition to its Insights platform and lets companies determine how often and how effectively each of their employees engage with prospective and current clients. They also enable organizations to track the progress of calls, meetings, and email; analyze open, click, and response rates for the entire team; and visualize all of the data associated with all these interactions.
