Eastern Foundry Hosts First Bi-Annual Foundry Cup

This weekend is the first bi-annual Foundry Cup. It is an innovation competition launched by Eastern Foundry specifically aimed at startups, companies, and nonprofits who are working on solutions to issues facing veterans.

Saturday is Demo Day for the Foundry Cup where fourteen finalists will present their concepts in front of a panel of judges and a live audience. The fourteen finalists selected all provide technologies and services to detect, alleviate, and/or provide support to veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Prizes include cash and professional development prizes.

Foundry Cup Demo Day Finalists:

Eastern Foundry is a marketplace for the exchange of information, job opportunities, and networking for government contractors and agencies. They offers physical workspace, services, trainings and information and act as an incubator for technology companies in this space who want to expand into or grow their business in government contracting.
