Dallas Startup Week is nearing an end – with the final day tomorrow. Entrepreneurs, investors and fans of the beautiful Texas-city have come for the warmth and stayed for the celebratory startup environment. The smiling faces of attendees and speakers alike is proof that there is more than just networking and innovation going on at the second annual conference.
Last year, was Dallas’s first Startup Week and, despite a little bit of unexpected cold weather, it went off without a hitch, making the need for a follow-up conference that much more pressing. The free conference is designed to be a celebration of the Dallas entrepreneurial startup scene, which is infamous for being supportive and friendly. Attendees can enjoy a wide range of information sessions on everything from finance to real estate to technology.
Dallas Startup Week 2016, powered by Chase, has been a hit so far this year. Entrepreneurs from around the world have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the warm weather and the bevy of opportunities for partnerships and networking throughout the city. One attendee put it best:
“Dallas is everything,” said Leah Frazier, Editor-In-Chief of DFW Style Daily.
