Having a healthy work-life balance extends beyond to just what goes on in the workplace. Many of today’s employees don’t get enough exercise, sleep, or have the eating habits that we should. And while many companies are moving to incorporate small changes to the workplace (standing desks and mandatory vacation time, for example), the push needs to continue outside the office.

But when it comes to maintaining healthy habits outside of the office, it’s necessary that we have the support of outside sources. However, the city that you live in could be a defining factor in being able to maintain these healthy habits.
