Demo Day: Austin’s Incubation Station Showcases 6 Startups

Incubation Station marks their second annual Showcase Day event today in Austin, Texas. Six consumer packaged goods (CPG) startups, after a 12-week mentorship program, are getting the opportunity to present their final pitches to Austin’s entrepreneur and investor communities.

These startups spent their 12 weeks at Incubation Station focusing on funding, team building, mentorship, and building connections within the CPG industry.

A powerful, integrated hub dedicated to matching young companies with the resources they need for success, Incubation Station selected their Track 2 startups from over 100 applicants from across the country.

The companies looking to inspire additional funding for growth are:

Austin Eastciders – Austin Eastciders make old-style cider using vintage bittersweet apple varieties to produce ciders that are drier, smoother, and more complex than many modern hard ciders.

Dude Wipes – Dude Wipes are flushable wipes that serve as an all-purpose solution to the dirtiness that plagues dudes, and everybody else, on a day-to-day basis.

Goodseed Burger – Goodseed Burgers are gourmet veggie burgers handcrafted with pure sourced ingredients in Austin, Texas. All of their patties are made with superfoods, seeds, veggies, grains, and are GMO- , soy-, wheat-, and nut-free, as well as vegan.

Raven + Lily – Raven + Lily is a socially responsible brand dedicated to empowering women through design partnerships and sustainable economic opportunities. The platform focuses on utilizing passions to alleviate poverty among women.

TEXAS-TEXAS Salsas & BBQ Sauces – TEXAS-TEXAS Salsas & BBQ Sauces, a product of Sanderson Foods, features exciting flavors, premium ingredients, and unique textures that are packaged with a distinctive Texas flair.

World Peas – A product of Grandma Lu’s Spice Cabinet, World Peas are natural, GMO-free green peas flavored with all-natural ingredients. Available in seven unique flavors, trans fat- and cholesterol-free, and rich in protein, World Peas are useful in all areas of the kitchen.
