Don’t Let TSA Confiscate Your Smartphone: Portable Chargers Under $50

This week, TSA announced that it will confiscate any battery-dead cellphone from boarding the plane. Specifically, international flights that are U.S. bound. This is important to anyone flying because smartphones run out of battery when you least expect it. So, if you're on the go and don't get a chance to charge your phone before your next flight, you're losing your phone.

Don't panic, just be prepared by getting  a portable charger for your smartphone. It doesn't have to be expensive or bulky, here's a list of a few options we've found that fit your bag:

1. Jackery Mini Portable Charger– $19.95

At 32000 mAh rechargeable capacity, this thin external battery charger fits in your pocket. It is often used as a substitute for a car charger, such as an iPhone car charger. Adds 10 extra hours of talk time or 1 full charge to your iPhones.
