As an excellent value pick that has lots of features at lower pricing levels, Net2Phone represents a more than solid option, offering a decent array of outbound and in-bound calling features – from ring groups to external video calling – and scoring a respectable 3.9/5 for customer support due to it’s 24/7 live chat options, email channels and onboarding support.
