Digital Royalty, Amy Jo Martin’s company, has been alive and kicking for over five years at this point, and they’ve been thriving in Downtown Vegas for two of those years. A social communications company, Digital Royalty helps brands elevate brands and awareness via social communications while educating business owners in the process.
Prior to Digital Royalty, Martin worked for the NBA. During her time there she was starting to see YouTube and Facebook grow, and she had a thought: If they could get involved with the social media trend then players, teams, and fans would be able to get closer to each other.
That experience sparked in her the desire to found her company. And to date she’s worked with big names like Shaquille O’Neal, Steve Nash, The Rock, Amber Valletta, and Tony Hsieh.
During her chat with Frank Gruber, at the Tech Cocktail Week Startup Mixology Book Launch Panel, Martin actually turned the tables and interviewed him a little. We all got a peek into Gruber’s mind and learned what inspired him to write the book and what his favorite part was. It was awesome!
