AnyDesk Pricing Plans

AnyDesk offers three different pricing plans: Solo, Standard, and Advanced. The Solo plan will cost you $14.90 per month, the Standard plan will cost you $29.90 per month, and the Advanced plan will cost you $79.90 per month. Each plan offers a wide range of core features, including remote printing, file transfer, and an on-screen whiteboard.

AnyDesk also offers an Ultimate plan aimed at enterprise-level businesses that allows for up to 2000 devices, but pricing is not publicly available, so you'll have to reach out to the sales team for more information. Based on the name, though, it's safe to assume it's reserved for very large companies.

Additionally, AnyDesk offers a 14-day free trial, so you can get a feel for the more advanced features in the software without incurring any costs. Take a look at a comparison of the three plans below to get a general idea of what each plan offers.

AnyDesk Solo

AnyDesk Solo is the most affordable plan available, costing $14.90 per month. This plan is for one device and one session at a time, so if you need a more robust option, you're going to have to pay a bit more.

The AnyDesk Solo plan offers all the basic features, such as remote printing, file transfer, auto-discovery, and of course, remote access. Like every plan, the Solo plan also includes automatic updates, so you won't be burdened by out-of-date software.

AnyDesk Standard

AnyDesk Standard is the most popular plan available, adding a wide range of features and costing $29.90 per month. This plan is for up to 500 managed devices, but you can still only have one session at a time, but you can pay extra for up to 20 total.

The AnyDesk Standard plan offers all the basic features from above, with additional features including an address book, custom aliases, session logging, and admin features, giving you a little more power over the platform.

AnyDesk Advanced

AnyDesk Advanced is a newer plan from the company, offering robust advanced features at an understandably more expensive price. This plan will cost you $79.90 per month allowing up to 1000 managed devices and two concurrent sessions, with the chance to pay extra for up to 50 total.

The AnyDesk Advanced plan unlocks a lot of high-functioning features like advanced user management, mass deployment, group policies, and command line interface. Even better, it offers phone support, so you can talk to an actual person if you have any problems.

AnyDesk Ultimate

AnyDesk Power is the most robust plan available, and does not provide public pricing, as you'll have to contact the sales team for specific quotes. This plan is for unlimited devices and unlimited sessions, making it the most enterprise-focused option for bigger companies in need of a lot of remote access.

Is AnyDesk Free?

Unfortunately, AnyDesk does not offer a free plan for businesses. It does, however, offer a free personal use plan, which can give you a general idea of how the system looks, but it's not a viable option for businesses looking for a remote access solution for employees.
