Find Your Stress Triggers with the WellBe Device

Stress sucks. It has ruined more first dates, job interviews, and television series finales than anything else in the world. Your elevated heart rate, your sweat palms, and your stuttering language makes it impossible to enjoy everyday life. The worst part about it is that you know when it’s happening and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. Or is there? There isn’t. Sorry! But thanks to innovations in technology, finding out what is causing that stress is easier than ever.

That’s where WellBe comes in. While technology exists to track your heart rate and other medical signals of stress, there’s never been a comprehensive way to determine when, where and how. But with the WellBe device, you can change that. The small electronic wearable attaches to your wrist and tracks your heart rate throughout the day and connects with your location, your schedule, and your calendar (with your permission, of course). This lets you track which people, locations, and events are triggering your stress so you can better prepare yourself for them or just avoid them all together.

In addition to all that tracking, WellBe is aiming to solve the problem as best it can. By providing exercises that are proven to reduce stress quickly, this device will be your guide to relief for a long time. Everything from meditation to focused breathing to guided imagination are advised and can make a huge difference in your everyday routine with WellBE.

“Mindfulness and meditation are already scientifically proven as highly effective ways to reduce stress and have many other positive effects such as better sleep, higher productivity, and even better aging,” says Tal Ben Shachar, PhD and professor at Harvard University.

The WellBe is currently being crowdfunded in a Kickstarter Campaign that has seen an impressive amount of success in the short time it has been out there. While they aimed to raise only $25,000 in order to launch their product, they have amassed a whopping $60,000 with nearly a full month to go before the campaign closes. You can acquire one of these stylish and life-saving bracelets for the low, early bird price of $119. Unfortunately, the $99 and $109 super early bird options have already sold out, further laying prudence to the value of this product.
