Your wedding day should be one of the most special occasions in your adult life. All the planning leading to that special day can be a little bit stressful: deadlines, family drama, and unresponsive vendors. We’ve created a list of apps and websites to help you during your planning.

10-12 Months Until the Wedding

It’s time to start planning. Everything from deciding on your color palette to letting people know the date of your wedding. There are a few websites and apps that can help you start getting organized.

1. LadyMarry

This on-the-go DIY planning. Powered by the millions of brides and grooms, LadyMarry helps you plan out a dream wedding in a fun and efficient way – from monthly checklists to hands-on tips to day-of timeline for coordination, like a professional wedding planner.

2. Wedding Spot

Wedding Spot is a online site that allows you to search, price out, and compare wedding venues. Think “Kayak for the wedding industry”. You can search for venues based on guest count, budget, location, and style.

3. Appy Couple

Wedding websites is so 2013! Create your wedding app instead. For destination weddings or weddings around a holiday, consider sending out Save-the-Date cards or emails. Once you create the app you can also create the website, and let your invitees know about it.

4. WedPics

Forget about taking your own pictures; during your wedding you’re too busy enjoying the moment! So how to gather all the pictures from guests? WedPics lets you view the entire wedding experience from Engagement Parties to Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners to Receptions!

6 to 9 Months Until the Wedding

Around this time, you should start ordering invitations, booking hotel for out-of-town guests and music. The dress and suit should also be ordered.
