Anybody can start a website these days – it’s one of the many benefits to living in a technology-focused world. However, maintaining a website becomes an entirely different beast to manage in its own right. That is, a lot of people settle for a template website but don’t know how to manage it, populate the pages with content, and keep it feeling fresh versus stale.
When Tomasz Mieczkowski, founded IADB this was the precise pain point he wanted to tackle. Specifically, he wanted to handle it as it relates to professionals in the film and TV industry in Los Angeles.
He effectively reverse-engineered social media to build a website in as fast as 90 seconds in most cases. His technology collects all the information about a person from their social media pages and other pages around the internet before aggregating it on one website, which is then automatically populated.
In other words, you can forget that you even have a website to manage because IADB will do it all for you. Whenever you add new items to your social media pages, the software will automatically send you an email asking if you want it added to your site, which you can do with the click of a button.
So far Mieczkowski has created over 500 IADB websites for actors and directors, and his numbers are growing exponentially. We had the chance to sit down with him at our annual Celebrate Conference in Las Vegas this year and talk to him about where he’s come from and where he’s excited to take IADB.
For now, it sounds as if he’ll focus on the entertainment industry because the more IADB can focus on them, the more they can essentially offer them in terms of features and functions. Here’s the full video interview we did with IADB:
