In fact, with more than 250 templates to choose from, Carrd represents one of the website builders with the most templates across our research. To be fair, that’s likely because it’s the only one that only provides one-page websites, but still.
On top of that, Carrd offers some templates that can add functionality to your site. For example, you can purchase one template for $25 that will turn your site into an online store, allowing you to sell products on the site.

How Much Does Carrd Cost?
Carrd offers three different pricing plans that will allow you to create one-page websites. Here’s how much each one costs, as well as how many sites you’re allowed to create with each plan:
- Pro Lite (3 sites) – $9 per year
- Pro Standard (10 sites) – $19 per year
- Pro Plus (25 sites) – $49 per year
If you want more sites on a particular plan but you don’t want to pay for the extra features, you’re in luck. The Pro Lite allows for up to 10 sites for $14 per year and 25 sites for $29 per year.
On top of that, both the Pro Standard and Pro Plus plans can be increased to as many as 1000 sites, but the price obviously gets a lot steeper. For the Pro Standard plan, you’ll have to pay $599 per year, while the Pro Plus plan will cost you $999 per year. There are other pricing options for 50, 100, 250, and 500 sites.
Carrd also offers a brief 7-day free trial for all of its Pro plans, so you can test out the premium features before committing to the full year-long contract.

Does Carrd have a free plan?
Yes, Carrd does have a free forever plan — called the Basic plan — that will allow you to create, customize, and publish a one-page website. As you can imagine, though, this plan is quite basic (just like the name).
For one, this plan limits the number of elements you can add to your site to only 50, while all paid plans allow for unlimited elements. On top of that, you won’t be able to get a custom URL, which will make your site very difficult to discover online. The Basic plan also puts strict limits on how large your images and videos can be, so you likely won’t be able to add high-quality media.
