As two of the top VoIP solutions on the market today, Zoom and RingCentral are always updating their platforms to provide the most seamless experience for their users.
RingCentral, for example, added the ability for users to see an “Answered Elsewhere” notification when a multi-site phone system is answered somewhere other than the user’s location in an August 2024 update.
On top of that, in a September 2024 update, Zoom Phone added an integration with Avaya Aura, allowing users the ability to customize single sign on login, and enable features like call elevation to Zoom meetings, presence integration, and directory sync.

If you’re in the market for a VoIP solution that can integrate with other communication tools and business software, you are in luck. Both Zoom and RingCentral offer a vast selection of third-party app integrations that allowed us to build an all-in-one communication hub for our business.
