The software provides a great service for any business that needs a streamlined sales process that can easily access all customer data from a central location. Prices are cost-effective and the interface is intuitive, though support options are limited.

What Is TeamGram CRM?

If you manage a smaller company that depends on a sales process that can be complex at times, TeamGram is a great software service for you. Its sales and CRM features are all designed towards one goal: To help companies better track the multiple calls, emails, and meetings that go into each deal that a sales team lands.

The CRM system’s main dashboard offers a quick look at the most recent statistics or the next tasks to accomplish, letting agents quickly jump into their day’s work. The newest deals and leads, the number of overdue activities, the number of quotes awaiting a response, or the total dollar value of your company’s active deals are all examples of what might be displayed. Unlimited Plan Features

True to its name, this plan offers all the same features as the Plus plan, but at an unlimited quantity. However, that’s all the additional benefit offered by this plan, which makes it a less attractive solution. Unless your company lives and breathes TeamGram, and has an insatiable need for more contacts and file storage, this plan won’t be worth the extra expense.

TeamGram is designed to be easily adopted by its customers, with no need for extensive customer support. An online help portal offers users documentation that helps guide them through how to best use the TeamGram interface, as well as the sales and CRM features available within it.

The team can be contacted by an email web form, or if you’re on the Plus or Unlimited plans, by phone. Their contact page lists five phone numbers, covering North America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Turkey. A customer success team is available to help with specific tasks, including importing data into the TeamGram software. In addition, the software is frequently updated, so letting the team know about any missing functionality or features could result in an update that addresses your concern.

TeamGram CRM Pricing

TeamGram relies on three service plans: Regular, Plus, and Unlimited. The Regular plan costs $12/user/month, the Plus plan costs $24/user/month, and the Unlimited plan will run you $49/user/month.

However, there are two catches. First, there’s a minimum of three user licenses, meaning that the minimum cost of each plan is actually $36/month, $72/month, and $147/month, respectively, for plans that will fully cover a three-person team. Second, the plans are billed annually. If billed monthly, the Regular plan costs an additional $4 per user, the Plus plan costs another $7 per user, and the Unlimited plan costs an extra $15 per user. Still, even considering these charges, TeamGram’s pricing is attractive, particularly for a smaller company or a tiny start-up.

The Verdict

We recommend TeamGram CRM for start-ups or small to mid-size businesses. It’s a simple sales and CRM solution that’s priced great for a small team, easy to understand, and (at the time of writing) updated often. Granted, the features aren’t extensive, but the price is low, making it a great fit for the trim budgets and limited needs of smaller businesses.
