However, while we have to give the edge to Hubspot on the number of business features, but it’s worth mentioning that the price you’re paying to get all of them is substantially higher than that of Zoho CRM. In some cases, you could be paying up to $100 per user per month more for the same features, which isn’t exactly doable for a small business.
Suffice it to say, HubSpot has the most business features, but Zoho CRM offers them at a much lower price.
Best for Customization: Zoho CRM
