What Is TeamGram CRM?

If you manage a smaller company that depends on a sales process that can be complex at times, TeamGram is a great software service for you. Its sales and CRM features are all designed towards one goal: To help companies better track the multiple calls, emails, and meetings that go into each deal that a sales team lands.

The CRM system’s main dashboard offers a quick look at the most recent statistics or the next tasks to accomplish, letting agents quickly jump into their day’s work. The newest deals and leads, the number of overdue activities, the number of quotes awaiting a response, or the total dollar value of your company’s active deals are all examples of what might be displayed. Then, when an agent opens a deal, they’ll see an intuitive, customizable sales pipeline that offers separate columns for each stage in the sales cycle, from “preliminary” to “order processing.” Agents can drag and drop sales actions to track their progress for each deal.

TeamGram is sold in three tiers of pricing – Regular, Plus, and Unlimited – with each plan adding additional features or expanding the scope of existing ones. Our review breaks down the core features included in each plan, explains the support options offered, and discusses the various factors that can impact how much your company will pay for each plan.

TeamGram CRM Features

Regular Plan Features

TeamGram CRM dashboardThe Regular plan offers basic CRM and sales features, and is the most stripped down of TeamGram’s three service plans. It’s a simple way to assign tasks and save internal memos or client messages. It may be the right fit for a small company with limited needs.

Its features include:

  • 50,000 Contacts – agents can log the contacts and companies that they work with in an easily searchable list of up to 50,000 entries
  • 2 Custom applications – create and use your own forms or apps
  • 2 Templates – create and use templates for quotes or orders
  • File storage: 50 GB
  • Notes – agents can save and share notes and attachments to ensure team communication
  • Activity assignment – managers can quickly assign tasks and actions to agents
  • Product catalog – categorize the products or services you offer in a central location
  • Mobile app – an app version of the CRM platform operates on iOS and Android
  • Lead management – import lists of leads, update information, and convert them to customers
  • Deal management – view and update a sales pipeline for each deal
  • Quote management – create and send quotes; receive notifications when clients read them
  • Gmail integration – easily add your contacts to TeamGram, or look up TeamGram data from within the Gmail inbox

Plus Plan Features

TeamGram CRM product listThe Plus plan is the most popular choice, offering expanded options for the time-saving customization of applications and templates. It also lets companies store five times the contacts and offers three times the file storage space.

All the previous features are available, plus these additional ones:

  • 250,000 Contacts
  • 5 Custom applications
  • 5 Templates
  • File storage: 150 GB
  • Client order conversion – agents can change quotes into orders with one click, after acceptance
  • Supplier orders – agents can compose and send orders to suppliers to restock inventory
  • Inventory management – track inventory status, with automated notifications warning when products are low
  • Custom fields – add custom fields to client forms
  • Smart email – automatically create notes or activities in TeamGram by sending an email to your custom smart email address
  • Access control – managers can set user-specific restrictions or permissions for team members
  • Virtual PBX integration – record calls from your PBX provider to TeamGram, or start calls from within the TeamGram CRM system
  • Phone support – TeamGram’s support team is available for live phone support

Unlimited Plan Features

True to its name, this plan offers all the same features as the Plus plan, but at an unlimited quantity. However, that’s all the additional benefit offered by this plan, which makes it a less attractive solution. Unless your company lives and breathes TeamGram, and has an insatiable need for more contacts and file storage, this plan won’t be worth the extra expense.

  • Unlimited Contacts
  • Unlimited Custom applications
  • Unlimited Templates
  • File storage: Unlimited

Video: TeamGram CRM Overview

TeamGram’s overview video offers a quick way to better understand the core benefits of the CRM software. In this five-minute clip, you’ll learn about how the versatile sales management features detailed earlier in our review are used in practice. Here’s how your leads, deals, and products can all be found with a few simple clicks.

TeamGram Customer Support

TeamGram is designed to be easily adopted by its customers, with no need for extensive customer support. An online help portal offers users documentation that helps guide them through how to best use the TeamGram interface, as well as the sales and CRM features available within it.

The team can be contacted by an email web form, or if you’re on the Plus or Unlimited plans, by phone. Their contact page lists five phone numbers, covering North America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Turkey. A customer success team is available to help with specific tasks, including importing data into the TeamGram software. In addition, the software is frequently updated, so letting the team know about any missing functionality or features could result in an update that addresses your concern.

A 14-day free trial is available, with no requirement for credit card information.

TeamGram CRM Pricing

TeamGram relies on three service plans: Regular, Plus, and Unlimited. The Regular plan costs $12/user/month, the Plus plan costs $24/user/month, and the Unlimited plan will run you $49/user/month.

However, there are two catches. First, there’s a minimum of three user licenses, meaning that the minimum cost of each plan is actually $36/month, $72/month, and $147/month, respectively, for plans that will fully cover a three-person team. Second, the plans are billed annually. If billed monthly, the Regular plan costs an additional $4 per user, the Plus plan costs another $7 per user, and the Unlimited plan costs an extra $15 per user. Still, even considering these charges, TeamGram’s pricing is attractive, particularly for a smaller company or a tiny start-up.

The Verdict

We recommend TeamGram CRM for start-ups or small to mid-size businesses. It’s a simple sales and CRM solution that’s priced great for a small team, easy to understand, and (at the time of writing) updated often. Granted, the features aren’t extensive, but the price is low, making it a great fit for the trim budgets and limited needs of smaller businesses.
