Digital Atlanta is Now SouthWiRED

Digital Atlanta, one of the city's biggest technology events, announced that is has rebranded and is now SouthWiRED. The rebranding has been issued to more accurately reflect their intentions in becoming a tech conference for the region, not just Atlanta. SouthWiRED, taking place October 6-10, 2014, will feature the South’s top innovators and tech industry leaders and provide an opportunity for them to network and collaborate.

“The newly branded SouthWiRED will showcase our hometown Atlanta talent while also by bringing together pacesetters from around the South to strengthen education, networking and content opportunities. Overall, our new brand and fifth anniversary will celebrate all the amazing innovation and talent that exist in the South.” said Kashi Sehgal, executive director of SouthWiRED.

The events and sessions will happen all around Atlanta to give people a chance to see the city's growing tech community. The conference offers content for every industry professional, ranging from education technology (EdTech), entertainment, financial technology (FinTech), health technology (Health Tech), marketing, mobile, social enterprise, social media, startup and user experience (UX).  Early-bird registration opens July 1.
