This new integration will allow business owners to legally verify their business and build its website from one place — an offering that is currently unavailable elsewhere.

Wix Announces Partnership with LegalZoom
In Wix’s latest partnership, the website builder has decided to combine forces with LegalZoom, an online company that provides personal legal solutions to small businesses.
Now, customers that rely on the Wix website builder will be able to use LegalZoom’s services to form new businesses, access registered agent services, and create company trademarks.

According to Kathy Tsitovich, Chief Partnerships Officer, LegalZoom, this deal is all about providing a better customer experience for younger entrepreneurs. The collaboration will take effect in the second half of 2022.
Wix Sharpens its Offering
Wix’s partnership with LegalZoom is just the latest in a long line of software alliances that prioritize the customer experience.
Earlier this year, the web development company joined forces with DoorDash Drive, DoorDash’s white-label fulfillment platform. Now, Wix Restaurant users have access to an expansive delivery fleet and are able to fulfill online delivery orders directly through their website.

This follows the company’s partnership with software firms Stripe and HP, which emerged to support the delivery of their own point-of-service solution. Wix’s own POS system now helps their ecommerce customers to take orders and manage payments from one centralized system.
